ADVANCED GT MOTORS
Three angular aluminum coupe concepts inspired by the 1941 Willys silhouette. Choose your color, wheels, interior and powertrain direction, then develop the complete build with us.
AIR CONDITIONING IS STANDARD ON EVERY COMPLETE VEHICLE. It is not an optional extra.
The 1941 Willys belonged to the Americar range from Willys-Overland. The original compact passenger car used a 104-inch wheelbase and a 2.2-litre L-head four-cylinder engine rated at 63 hp. These are historical reference specifications, separate from our custom V8 build proposals. History: Franschhoek Motor Museum.
Willys coupes later became icons of the 1960s supercharged gasser scene. Stone, Woods & Cook helped establish that reputation with their famous 1941 Willys racers. Their competition history inspires today’s custom-car culture; the concepts below are original Advanced GT Motors presentations. Racing history: NHRA.

DESIGN STORY. A modern, angular interpretation of Willys coupe proportions: cobalt blue faceted aluminum panels, geometric wheel arches, polished mag wheels and a low stance.
ENGINE CHOICES. A Ford or Chevrolet small-block V8 is a natural starting point for this cruising-focused concept. Big-block alternatives can be evaluated with chassis, cooling and clearance changes.
CHASSIS & SUSPENSION. Proposed powder-coated steel perimeter chassis, reinforced mounting zones and coilover suspension. Spring rates, shock travel, steering geometry and disc brakes are matched to the finished vehicle.
BODY & FINISH. Polished exterior accents, a coordinated interior and a wheel-and-tire package selected for street use. Custom aluminum bodywork and body-support framing are developed around the selected body design.
COMFORT. Air conditioning is included as standard, together with a finished two-seat cockpit. Final seats, restraint mounts, wiring and dashboard equipment are specified per build.

DESIGN STORY. A refined angular interpretation with champagne-silver aluminum panels, bronze-gold wheels, sharp panel breaks and dark trim. Its design story emphasizes crafted sheet-metal geometry and comfortable road use.
ENGINE CHOICES. Ford or Chevrolet small-block and big-block V8 packages can be quoted. The engine, transmission, gearing and cooling system are selected together for the intended driving style.
CHASSIS & SUSPENSION. Proposed powder-coated steel perimeter chassis, reinforced mounting zones and coilover suspension. Spring rates, shock travel, steering geometry and disc brakes are matched to the finished vehicle.
BODY & FINISH. A quieter cabin treatment, tailored upholstery, compact instruments and discreet climate-control vents suit this direction.

Faceted candy-red aluminum bodywork, broad rear tires and deep-dish wheels reinterpret the Willys coupe’s drag-racing legacy. This is a new street-oriented concept, not a recreation of a particular historic race car.
ENGINE CHOICES. Ford or Chevrolet V8 options include small-block and big-block layouts, subject to packaging. Final power, rear-axle specification, fuel delivery and exhaust follow the agreed build.
CHASSIS & SUSPENSION. Proposed powder-coated steel perimeter chassis, reinforced mounting zones and coilover suspension. Spring rates, shock travel, steering geometry and disc brakes are matched to the finished vehicle.
BODY & FINISH. Rear wheel tubs, axle width and wheel offset are designed as a package. The illustrated stance is a styling direction. Custom aluminum bodywork and body-support framing are developed around the selected body design.
COMFORT. Air conditioning is included as standard, together with a finished two-seat cockpit. Final seats, restraint mounts, wiring and dashboard equipment are specified per build.

FOUNDATION. A boxed steel perimeter-frame concept supports the engine, transmission, suspension and body. Aluminum body framing supports the body panels; mounting design and corrosion isolation between metals are part of the build development.
DIMENSIONS. The historical Willys wheelbase reference is 104 inches. Final wheelbase, track width, frame dimensions, body mounts and tire clearance are confirmed against the chosen body before fabrication.
POWERTRAIN PACKAGE. Discuss Ford or Chevrolet small-block and big-block V8s, five- or six-speed manual transmission choices and a matched rear-axle assembly. Ratios, axle width, cooling, fuel system, exhaust and electrical loads are selected together, including the standard air-conditioning system.
BUILD SCOPE. Frame-only, rolling-chassis and complete-vehicle scopes can be discussed separately. Air conditioning is standard on complete vehicles. Concept images are styling illustrations, not fabrication drawings or evidence of a completed customer build.
