FABRICATION SCOPE
Cutting, forming, welding and finishing are planned around the part. Any specialized machining, casting, tooling or outside processing must be identified in the quotation; those processes are not automatically included.
MATERIAL & FIT
Alloy, thickness, mounting details and finish depend on the application. Aluminum body-support framing is separate from the vehicle chassis. Load-bearing replacement components require a project-specific design and validation before use.
REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION
Approve the dimensions, appearance, tolerances and scope before fabrication. The concept image shows a styling direction rather than an exact reproduction of a completed part.
