Coordinate suitable body panels, chassis parts and metal components with an approved color and texture. The illustrated car shows finish inspiration; the exact coating scope is agreed for each project.
Powder coating is a dry finishing process, commonly applied electrostatically and cured with heat. Adhesion and durability depend on surface preparation, pretreatment, coating selection and the specified cure cycle. Performance varies with service conditions and maintenance.
Material, existing coatings, component condition and heat tolerance must be assessed before processing. Functional surfaces, threads and mating areas receive appropriate masking. Seals, bearings, wiring and other unsuitable parts are not baked as an assembled unit.
Refinishing must follow the wheel manufacturer’s instructions. Coating is not a repair for cracks, bending or structural damage, and no universal oven temperature is suitable for every aluminum wheel.
Provide the part material, dimensions, quantity and preferred finish. Confirm colors using physical samples. Preparation and coating scope are listed in the quotation.
